A wine cellar humidifier is your insurance policy for proper humidity control. Wine ages best in stable humidity: too high and labels and corks can grow mold; too low and corks dry out, letting air in and spoiling the wine. A Wine Guardian humidifier adds moisture back into the cellar or wine room so the only thing you have to think about is what to pour next.
Wine Guardian offers two types, freestanding and integrated, with air-sensing controls that respond automatically when humidity drops too low.
Mounts on the wall of your wine cellar or wine room and can wire to a Through-the-Wall or Ductless Split system, or run on its own, even with a competitor's cooling unit or no cooling system at all.
Attaches directly to a Ducted or Ducted Split system in a room adjacent to the cellar. Because it connects to the cooling system, no separate power source or controller is needed.
The Through-the-Wall Classic line is not compatible with humidifiers. A freestanding unit wires to through-the-wall units or ductless split systems, while an integrated humidifier pairs with a ducted system.
