The DS050 is a two-piece wine cellar cooling system with a separate ductable fan-coil and remote condenser, rated at 6,300 BTU/h and built to hold a wine room at 55°F to 58°F.
Because the evaporator and condenser are two separate units, the DS050 is Wine Guardian's most flexible system to install: the condenser can be placed where venting is easy while the fan-coil ducts cool air into the cellar. It is sized for mid-sized residential and commercial wine rooms of roughly 650 to 3000 cubic feet, and suits mechanical rooms with little space, hard-to-exhaust condenser air, or long duct runs.
